Neighborhoods

I work the towns I live in. Bloomingdale, Butler, Kinnelon, Montville, Wayne, and Clifton sit along a single corridor through Morris and Passaic counties — close enough that I know the contractors, the inspectors, and the inventory before MLS picks it up.

Each town has its own personality: Bloomingdale's lake colonies and Highlands trails, Butler's tight downtown and walkable schools, Kinnelon's larger lots and Smoke Rise gates, Montville's family-school reputation, Wayne's regional retail spine, and Clifton's multicultural urban depth. I work each one differently — and in five languages, because northern NJ doesn't speak just English.
