National algorithms miss what makes your home different. Here's what we do instead.

BB lives and lists in northern NJ. She knows which streets command premiums, which schools move prices, and which renovations actually pay back. The estimate gets sharper when a real agent reads it.
Want to talk through the number? BB will spend 10 minutes on the phone explaining what drove the comps, what you'd net after fees, and what timing makes sense. No pressure to list.
Within 60 seconds your report will land in your inbox — with the data to defend the number, not just the number itself.
An entrepreneur before she was a realtor, BB brings an eye for detail and custom-fit thinking to every valuation. She works in five languages so every client — and every family — gets heard in their own.
Clients return for the follow-through: clear communication, honest timing, and a personable approach that earns trust. Backed by Sotheby's International Realty's network across the U.S. and globally.
